Answers to the most common things people ask us
Once you complete signup and provision a site, it's live on a staging URL in around 60 seconds. Moving it to your real domain takes longer because it depends on DNS propagation from your registrar — usually a few minutes, occasionally up to 48 hours.
Both. "Agency" throughout the platform just means the account that owns sites. A single-person design studio signs up the same way as a ten-person agency.
You're not charged at signup. The first charge happens when you provision your first customer site. Billing recurs on the 2nd of every month.
You're charged a pro-rated amount for the days remaining in the month, and then the normal full amount on the 2nd of the following month.
The unused portion of that month's charge is refunded to your original payment method immediately.
Yes. Each site is a full WordPress install — you (or your client) have admin access to install plugins and themes. We keep the underlying hosting, server, backups, and SSL working; the WordPress content and plugins are yours to manage.
All sites are hosted in the United Kingdom on infrastructure provided by DigitalOcean. Backups are encrypted and stored with Backblaze B2.

Every agency account has access to a ticketing system inside the portal, and email support via support@vallumio.com. Response times depend on your plan.
